I am a Chairman, Non Executive, Committee Chair & Member and Managing Director with almost a decade of board level experience. At board level I was recently the Chairman of Minera Gold Limited and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. I was also the non-executive director of Arafura Resources Limited where I chaired the Audit Committee. In an executive capacity I have more than twenty five years experience working in senior management roles in Australia and overseas with mining and technology companies, government agencies, and universities. I am currently the managing director of Tae Resources Pty Ltd where I provide strategic advice for mining companies. Here I can evidence particular experience in commercial, legal, financial and strategic negotiations with governments, private companies, investment funds and diverse stakeholders, including aboriginal and rural communities. Finally, I have a PHD in economic geology and geochemistry, a bachelor’s degree (Honours) in geological sciences and I am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy
