● I am an Executive Manager with significant board level experience with particular experience in the Project Management, Human Resources, Transformational Change, Governance, IT, Health, Safety, Environment, and Government industries and sectors. ● At board level, I drive growth through a demonstrated ability to identify, scope, plan and implement client-facing and organisational projects that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan. ● In an executive capacity, I am an experienced business leader and a strong management professional, skilled in Risk Identification and Mitigation, Team Management, Project Management, Organisational Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Contract Administration and Management, Team Member Development and Coaching, Building High-Performance Teams, Employee Engagement, Policy Development, Strategic Planning and Decision Making. More particularly I build values-driven, high-performing, capable and engaged teams. ● Finally, I have a Bachelor of Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and two masters degrees - one Master of Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Human Resource Management and the second Master of Project Management. I am also a member of the AICD and AIPM.
