I am a Board Advisor, Founder and Director with over a decade of board level experience with particular expertise in the Consultancy, FMCG, Luxury Brands, Aesthetics, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Education, Franchise, Sports & Optical industries. At board level what I do is drive enhanced business results. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in building performance-focused cultures, strategy development & execution, mindset, behaviour & communication, governance & risk management, HR, global networking, retaining top talent and addressing high turnover, diversity & inclusiveness. Board level highlights include my role as Board Advisor at Brilliant Women Global and Executive Committee member at Redken and L’Oréal. I am currently the Founder & Chief Winning Mindset Strategist at Winning Mindset Academy. Here I assist leaders in honing their skills, discovering their limitations and creating space for their employees to take ownership, produce excellent outcomes and build a healthy culture. I am also the Founder & Director of Wizard Business Consulting where I advise such companies as Holden, Schwarzkopf, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, L’Oréal, Redken and Revlon on sales growth, increased employee ownership, enhanced communication and streamlined operations. Previously I was the General Manager of Redken Australia, where I managed a $28M turnover, increasing it by an additional 10% following a previous 12% increase. Earlier, as the HR Director at L’Oréal New Zealand. Finally, I hold a Master of Leadership from Deakin University, a Certificate in Governance & Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming. I am also a published author and a renowned public speaker.
