Ken Pridmore

Non Executive Director

• 20+ years business leadership and management (C-Suite) • 20+ years financial management and control • 30+ years corporate governance • 15+ years in M&A including turnarounds / dispute resolution • 5+ years working with start-ups including as a co-founder As a business and financial professional I have had the privilege of working in and consulting to a very wide range of businesses and not-for-profit enterprises across a variety of industries both domestic and international. From FMCG to on-line retail, corporate property developers, professional practices, start-ups in renewable energy and sport-tech industries, construction and mining industry supplies, import/export, international aid agencies and more. I have also enjoyed working on and consulting to both commercial and not-for-profit boards. As a Chartered Accountant, finance management is my base; business and corporate strategy is my passion; and I have enjoyed working with and supporting business owners, boards and other key stakeholders to navigate both difficult and abundant times, including the devising and assisting to execute business development, reconstruction, mergers/acquisitions and expansion, dispute resolution and litigation support. Some engagements have started as a business recovery or dispute resolution matters and have evolved into full-time business reconstruction projects; often in a support role as CFO or COO, sometimes as the CEO and sometimes taking a seat on the Board. Integrity and justice are primary character traits with a drive to assist others to be successful. I boldly question the status quo and readily identify and champion strategic opportunities that benefit the enterprise. I rarely shy away from a challenge, and often look for solutions that reach “outside the box”.
