I am a Chair, Board Director, and Chief Executive with over twenty years’ board level experience across the public and not-for-profit sectors with particular experience in the health services, local government and community services industries. At board level highlights include Board Director of Manningham Community Enterprise where I established and chaired a multi stakeholder community reference group to review options for the establishment of a Food Bank in the municipality and Board Director of the East Melbourne Medicare Local where I helped develop the successful application for transition to a Primary Health Network and oversaw the generation of $2m in reserves which was transferred under the umbrella of the Windermere Foundation, where I was subsequently appointed Board Governor, for purposes of establishing a Primary Care Research and Innovation Centre. In an executive capacity I have operated at Director/Deputy CEO level in two Councils and roles prior to this included Chief Executive of Knox Community Health Service, Chief Executive of Dudley South Primary Care Trust, and Chief Executive of Dudley Health Authority. Finally, I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors Course.
