CI-ISAC Australia is an established not-for-profit organisation providing cyber threat intelligence sharing services to owners and operators of Australia’s Critical Infrastructure.

To be the preferred cyber intelligence sharing platform for Australian Critical Infrastructure entities and a key cyber security partner for the Government.

To achieve their vision through building robust, highly-trusted cyber intelligence-sharing communities and cyber capabilities for Australian Critical Infrastructure operators within and across all sectors to enable a collective, proactive cyber-defence posture.

CI-ISAC seeks a Non-Executive Director to join the Board. As a Director, you will play a key role in guiding the organisation’s strategy, overseeing risk and governance, supporting financial oversight, and helping to ensure strong leadership.
This presents as a significant opportunity for suitable candidates to play a part in growing a significant national capability that is on the front lines, helping build the cyber resilience of critical infrastructure companies.
The Board meets at least 12 times a year, on the second Tuesday of every month for 2 hours. All meetings are held remotely, with a face-to-face meeting scheduled once a year.
Directors will be remunerated at a base fee. Travel associated with CI-ISAC Australia activities is arranged by CI-ISAC Australia. Reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses is made upon agreement.
Expressions of interest are invited from individuals with strong professional skills and demonstrated experience in business leadership (CEO or C-suite), preferably from within the Critical Infrastructure sector.
In addition, demonstrated experience in some or all of the following areas is required to augment the depth and breadth of skills required of the CI-ISAC Australia Board:
