The Role

Office Brands Limited seeks a Non-Executive Director to join the Independent Chairman, Independent Director, and three members-based and constitutionally elected Directors.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Non-Executive Director with knowledge of a director’s responsibilities, including an understanding of the legal, ethical, fiduciary and financial responsibilities.

In addition, they seek a director with skills and or experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Digital Web-based Strategic Marketing and Communications
• Technology

Significant Board experience and AICD or GIA qualifications will be highly regarded.

The role attracts an annual salary and relevant expense reimbursements.
