I am a qualified CPA and CA working on and with boards for over a decade as a Finance Committee Chair, Board Member, Director and as a CFO for a major Not for Profit, a multi-million dollar grain export trading business, and as a consultant providing technology solutions to the public, Not for Profit's and education sector clients. At board level what I do is drive improved financial and technological governance improvements, resulting in tangible business growth. I do that by leveraging my experience working within complex organisations, structures identifying bottlenecks along with my accounting, technology and operational experience, to drive the executive to implement solutions that ease cash flow, increase efficiency, improve productivity and accuracy resulting ultimately in generating the growth desired.
