am a Company Founder and Director with over fifteen years of executive and board level experience across the public, commercial & not for profit sectors with particular experience in the education, retail and professional services industries. In an executive capacity I am the Director of Maxemus a boutique digital marketing communications agency providing digital advice and strategies to clients including: Woolworths, Sanitarium, and the Central Coast Grammar School. I have also provided marketing and communications advice to ADRA, The Smith Family, Australian Orangutan Project and Clean Up Australia. Prior to this I was the Scholastic Group Marketing Manager where I worked with the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director to transform the organisation’s marketing structure. Previously as the Direct Channel Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chairman and Board, I increased the average order size by 30% and increased online orders by 23% by building and engaging a community network of over 12,000 educational institutions, 90,000 teachers and over 1.2M parents. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media. I am also a Member of the Australian Marketing Institute.
