With more than 25 years experience as a Human Capital Management Practitioner, Consultant, General Manager, Board Advisor, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Chairman across a wide range of industries, I am well equipped to add value at the highest level of an organisation. Specifically, I am passionate about and offer expertise in corporate governance, organisational performance development and achieving the requisite alignment within a business for it to achieve its potential. Pivotal to such is my leadership, critical thinking, strategic thinking, deep understanding of people and design-led innovation and my pragmatic, commercial, ‘people, process and outcomes’ focused approach. These competencies are underpinned by my financial literacy, risk management skills, knowledge of various technology platforms and strong understanding of, and commitment to, good governance.
