Group manager Operations (CIO) at the Australian Energy Market Operator, Chief information officer at Power and Water corporation, and UCMS group, a business process outsourcer for Vodafone, Telstra, Westpac, NAB, Optus, ANZ, AGL, Amex, Alinta, Origin, TRUEnergy, CitiBank, Transurban, Ambulance services. My executive highlights include; • Transformed AEMO’s $13B energy trading and $34B control systems: 96% fewer outages, $11.3M in savings, 60% faster product delivery, and re-established stakeholder confidence. - (AEMO) • Turned a 23% operating loss into a 37% profit within 6 months, increasing revenue by 41%, improving customer retention by 600%, and reducing customer complaints by 91%. - (MGC) • Oversaw merger and digital transformation, embedding automation that reduced client onboarding by 91%, improved efficiency, strengthened fraud detection 60-fold, and delivered 50% IT cost savings. - (Safe Transport) Finally, I completed the Australian Institute of Company directors’ course in 1999, and renewed in 2013.
