Hewitt Foods is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director with deep global experience in food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) to help guide Hewitt’s next phase of growth.
This is an active, insight-driven Board role ideal for a leader who has built and scaled brands internationally, navigated complex supply chains, and driven customer-centric growth from within large or high-growth food businesses.
Key focus areas:
You’ll be a former senior executive (CEO, divisional leader, or C-suite) from the food, beverage, or FMCG/CPG sectors, bringing strong commercial and operational credentials. You have lived experience in scaling consumer brands and leading growth across multiple regions, ideally including Asia and/or the US.
You’re pragmatic, commercially minded, and collaborative, someone who combines strategic perspective with real-world experience and enjoys helping founder-led businesses grow sustainably.
