Graham Mapri
Engineering Executive
Graham Mapri is an experienced engineering, construction and community leader with more than 30 years of senior industry experience across civil, structural and temporary works engineering, construction services, business development, team leadership and organisational growth.
He is currently Head of Engineering at Falcon Group and has previously held senior leadership roles with Riddwood Consulting Engineers, ADG Engineers, ATF Services, DJHibbert Engineers and Robert Bird Group. Graham has built and led multidisciplinary engineering teams, developed national service lines, managed commercial growth, guided technical delivery and worked closely with contractors, asset owners, consultants and government stakeholders.
Graham is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, Fellow of Engineers Australia, APEC Engineer and International Professional Engineer. He brings strong governance, risk management, commercial judgement and practical problem-solving capability, particularly in infrastructure, construction, sport, community facilities and not for profit environments.
In addition to his professional career, Graham is President of Wynnum Manly District Cricket Club, one of Brisbane’s leading community cricket clubs. In this role he has led strategic planning, grant funding, sponsorship growth, facility development, stakeholder engagement and major infrastructure advocacy. His community contribution has been recognised through the Medal of the Order of Australia.
Graham would add value to a board through his combination of technical expertise, commercial experience, community leadership, governance awareness and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. He is particularly suited to organisations involved in infrastructure, construction, sport, community development, engineering, asset management or regional growth.
