I am an experienced company director. Held Managing Director roles (e.g. My TV World & Select 3D) plus 14 years in Non-executive Director roles (e.g. Rao Resources, Early Childhood Management services).
With international Senior executive leadership experiences for global technology leaders, including Nokia and Siemens, E.g. I delivered AU$120M in revenue growth over three years for Nokia - evidence of my ability to lead at scale, in complex, cross-border markets.
As M.D of Select 3D (11 years), I integrated a newly acquired business ($30 million) for ASX-listed Incitec Pivot, achieving immediate revenue growth. Prepared and managed several rounds of capital raising also. Select 3D withdrew from IPO as the environment and market was not conducive. Finally Select 3D went through a liquidation period and provided and exit to shareholders. Shareholders were mix of retail and sophisticated investors.
As Project Director with UXC Consulting (ASX listed), I led Powercor’s digital transformation, modernizing systems and delivering efficiency gains across operations, covering Cisco digital ICT solutions.
As a consultant, I facilitated the board of Cambridge Gulf Ltd (a petrol logistics company in rural Australia) to develop its revenue expansion strategy into new markets.
As an executive Director at Department of Defence, I oversaw the secret implementation ICT solutions for Army Hospital and a small data center. At Victoria Police I was responsible for scheduling a $60M criminal database replacement project, where I worked with the data migration lead and learnt about data governance.
My experience as a company director is based upon a solid platform of executive experience with branded organizations.
My executive career has centered on commercial leadership, transformation, and growth - guiding businesses through acquisitions, integrations, and new market expansion.
I have served as a Committee Chair across multiple sectors, including Engineers Australia, VIC division – Electrical (2 years), and Rao Resources (10 years), Let Loose Holdings (4 years). I have guided policy and infrastructure initiatives in emerging technologies.
My entrepreneurial drive has also shaped industry-first outcomes: founding My TV World, an early video streaming platform that delivered the first ANZ CEO interview to AGSM Alumni, and pioneering 3D printing innovations such as the first dishwasher-safe 3D printed face shield and plaster-based lighting designs.
Introduced to finance early, I have raised both equity and debt capital, achieving a AU$17M valuation for Select 3D with an unrealized potential of AU$60M, while maintaining transparent governance through investor briefings and employee equity participation.
Valued for curiosity, courage, forward-thinking and a keen interest in the application of artificial intelligence, I am now seeking board roles in the following sectors ICT, Education, Energy, Biotech and Property companies that are listed or unlisted.
