Martin Tower is an experienced executive leader, entrepreneur and governance professional with more than 40 years of leadership experience across agriculture, infrastructure, renewable energy and circular economy industries.
He has built and scaled multiple businesses, delivered major infrastructure projects and worked closely with governance boards to implement strategy and strengthen organisational performance.
Martin has also advised numerous start-up and SME organisations across sectors including agricultural seed production, regenerative agriculture, manufacturing and vehicle fleet services.
His key strengths include strategic planning, systems development, commercial decision making and mentoring executive teams in leadership and organisational capability.
He currently serves as Chair of Certified Sustainable Limited and previously served as a Director of the Australian Organics Recycling Association.
Martin holds an MBA and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.
