An experienced Director, Non Executive Director and Chair who serves on company boards, charity boards, committees and councils in private business, government and community sectors. Also an experienced education executive and leader known for transforming programs into financially viable, blended formats across primary, secondary and tertiary sectors.
I currently serve on the following boards:
- Big Blue Ocean Foundation - A non-for-profit that partners with charities in the environment sector who share the mission to make the planet better for today and tomorrow. Corpus $15 million, giving budget approximately $1 million.
- Current Trustee & Board Member, Lizard Island Reef & Research Foundation - A Foundation that governs and financially supports through fundraising scientific research and education at the Australian Museum’s Lizard Island Research Station on the northern Great Barrier Reef. The Research Station annually produces research at a rate that is comparable to a medium sized university in Australia and hosts up to 140 scientists from around the world each year.
- Current Non-Executive Director Big Blue Ocean Group - A private business with a significant diversified investment portfolio.
