● I am a Chair, Board Member, Committee Chair, Director and CPA with decades of board-level experience across the insurance, financial and professional services industries with particular expertise in strategy development and execution, client and broker engagement, governance and international distribution. ● At board level I ensure that organisations improve performance. I do that by driving strategic transformation, ensuring commercial client-aligned solutions and strong business governance is in place. ● In an executive capacity, I am the Director, Global Head of Professional Liability of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions where I lead and transform the global Professional Liability portfolio, unifying strategy and embedding innovation to drive diversification and underwriting performance across all major markets. Previously, I served in various Director positions, including: Director, Head Casualty & FinPro Asia Pacific and Director, Head Casualty & FinPro Australia & New Zealand. In these roles, I led and scaled FinPro and Casualty portfolios across APAC, LATAM and ANZ. ● Finally, I have a Master of Accounting, a Bachelor of Laws, a Diploma of Company Directorship from the AICD and am a Fellow of: Governance Institute of Australia , CPA Australia and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
