● I am a Quality Engineering and Digital Transformation leader with board level experience and nearly two decades of experience guiding complex technology programs across retail, telecommunications, banking, fintech, health, life sciences, and enterprise technology environments with particular expertise in test automation, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
● At board level I drive growth and safeguard the organisation's reputation. I do this by focusing on guiding the acceleration of delivery pipelines, and enabling secure, scalable, and resilient digital platforms.
● In an executive capacity, I can demonstrate proven leadership across consulting, independent contracting, enterprise full-time leadership, and multi-vendor ecosystems. I have successfully navigated varied stakeholder expectations including C-Suite, delivery leaders, platform leads, engineers, product, and regulatory functions consistently delivering beyond expectations. I am currently a Lead Automation Test Engineer at Bunnings. I engineered a world-class UI automation framework from scratch using Playwright, Mobile UI automation with Detox, and API automation with Mocha, accelerating deployments from fortnightly to daily releases. Successfully reduced testing cycle time by 25% and cut regression testing time by 50% through streamlined automation.
● My academic foundation is strengthened by executive programs from The Wharton School (Technology Leadership), the University of Oxford (Artificial Intelligence), and Stanford University (Advanced Cybersecurity), providing a strategic and governance-focused lens on innovation, risk, and transformation. I am also a holder of a U.S. patent, with elite training in AI (University of Oxford) and Cybersecurity (Stanford University).
