● I am a Board Director, Founder, Managing Director and Consultant with almost a decade of board-level experience across the finance, professional association, and not-for-profit industries with particular expertise in strategic planning, governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
● At board level I drive business transformation and growth through revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, streamlining operations, to deliver measurable impact.
● I am currently the Founder and Managing Director of Loanezi, and the Founder & Principal Consultant at Renee Tocco Strategist & Speaker. In these roles, I provide high-level advisory services to boards on growth and transformation strategies, and have built a loan book of over 4,000 SMEs. Previously, I was a Business Strategist at Birch Foundation and a Head Strategist to the Board for the FBAA, where I provided high-level strategic guidance to support FBAA’s ongoing growth. Earlier, I was a Regional Manager at PROSPA and Director at CAFBA, and invested over a decade at Telstra in business development and corporate relationship management, where I led a strategy to deliver an education roadmap to over 12,000 members.
● Finally, I have a Bachelor of Education in Arts, a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy & Western Herbal Medicine. I have completed the Executive Ready and Accelerated Leadership Program and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Education Short Course. Multiple awards highlight my career success, including the Business News Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the CAFBA Women in Leadership awards.
