● I am a CEO, CFO, COO, and Executive Adviser with three decades of board-level experience across the finance, financial services and media industries.
● At board level I drive improvements in commercial performance and corporate governance. I do that leveraging deep experience leading organisational transformation, compliance, and expertise in strategic finance & risk oversight, regulatory & government engagement, conduct & culture, audit & assurance, and transformation leadership.
● In an executive capacity, most recently, I served as Interim Chief Operating Officer, Joint Acting CEO, and Executive Adviser to the incoming CEO at Aboriginal Investment NT. In this role, I was responsible for enhancing corporate governance to support the development of the Strategic Investment Plan. In the past I have held senior roles at Bank First, NAB/MLC, HSBC Wealth and Macquarie Group. In these roles I delivered large-scale change programs, restructured operations, renegotiated critical contracts, and led multidisciplinary teams to achieve financial stability, operational efficiency, and successful remediation in high-pressure, regulated environments. I have also directed complex board and committee processes, and engaged with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to secure high-impact outcomes.
● Finally, I have a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Chemistry, Physiology, and Biochemistry. I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course. I have an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in ANZ. In addition, I am a Commissioner for Declarations (JP).
