I am a Board Director, Committee Chair and CEO with over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology sector. My focus is on commercialising advanced hardware, software, and complex engineered systems, building global markets across B2B, B2G, and B2C sectors.
At board level, I help organisations scale commercial ventures for a global impact. I achieve this by leveraging my expertise in high-tech venture development, capital raising, IP commercialisation, risk management, and global go-to-market channel development, underpinned by leadership skills in digital transformation, system architecture, and advanced automation.
In an executive capacity, I currently serve as Director of STRATINNOVA, where I advise Australian startups, high-tech companies, and universities on technology commercialisation and venture funding strategies, including new AI hardware and patent-based spinouts.
Previously, as VP Sales & Marketing APAC at Kapsch TrafficCom, I led the closure of a $33.48 million national ITS contract with the New Zealand Government. Earlier, as Head of Enterprise Channels APAC at HERE Technologies, I launched a new Enterprise division and grew it to over $30m in annual revenue. In these roles, I consistently scaled new business units, secured strategic contracts, and accelerated commercial growth through technology-driven innovation and business networks using commercialisation of advanced technologies, artificial intelligence systems, and global business expansion expertise.
Finally, I hold a Graduate Certificate in Venture Capital, a MBA, and a Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Technology, with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence. I was awarded the President’s Award at NAVTEQ International, the Entrepreneurs Award from the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and have recently co-authored a book on AI, AGI, Industry 4.0, and emerging Industry 5.0 futures.
