I am a Board Member, Chief Executive, Director, Finance and Audit subcommittee member and health and clinical governance executive with almost two decades of board-level experience across the aged, community and healthcare industries with particular expertise in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, education, emergency management, risk management, commercial transformation and veteran services.
At board level I drive transformational change and growth. I do that by assisting organisations and boards to navigate through the complexity and challenges of regulatory change, clinical and organisational governance.
In an executive capacity, as Director & Principal Consultant at Compass Advisory, I have, for over a decade, guided boards and organisations through transformational change in governance, clinical improvement, compliance, emergency management, and COVID-19 safety. Most recently, as Chief Executive Residential Care at Anglicare Sydney, I led governance, clinical services, customer strategy, financial performance and regulatory compliance across 23 facilities, serving 2,400 clients with a 3,800-strong workforce.
Finally, I have a Master of Health Management and a Graduate Diploma in Health Management and am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
