I am a Chair, Non-Executive Director, CEO and strategic advisor with over two decades of board-level experience in the technology, professional services and consumer goods industries. I specialise in strategic planning, organisational development, marketing and business model innovation.
At board level, I ensure organisations flourish. I achieve this by leading strategic dialogue, facilitating high-impact planning sessions and helping boards confidently manage key person risks and succession planning. By helping boards adapt to change effectively, I assist boards to position themselves to play to win, not just to compete.
In an executive capacity, I currently serve as CEO of nLIVEn Group International Pty Ltd, designing and facilitating strategic initiatives, leadership development interventions and coaching programs that accelerate growth plus enhance governance. Formerly, I was CEO of Grapevine Wine Wholesalers, leading the company through rapid growth from a start-up to achieve annual revenue of $450M within five years. Previously, I was CEO of Call Time Solutions, leading the company through rapid growth and expansion across four countries. Earlier, I was a Strategy Consultant to clients such as Mobil and Ford, delivering cost savings, process improvements and market-leading growth outcomes.
Finally, I am a university faculty member of two business schools, a fellow of the AICD, a Member of the ICF, and hold a MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science. My executive education includes the Chairman and the Company Directors Course, Advanced Coaching, The Art and Practice of Leadership Development, Team Coaching, the ACE Program, Coaching Master Toolkit and Coaching with ROI. Additionally, I am an author and speaker on board performance and strategic leadership.
