• I am a Chair, Non-Executive, Chief Revenue Officer and Sales and Marketing Director with over two decades of board-level experience across the media and communications sector in Australia and New Zealand.
• At board level, I drive successful business transformation and growth. I do that by leveraging a proven track record of board governance and particular expertise in leading national trading and sales operations, strategic planning, driving revenue growth, forging strong industry partnerships and leading high-performing teams.
• In an executive capacity, I have a portfolio career and was earlier a senior executive with deep experience guiding organisations through the evolving and competitive media landscape. Recently, as the Director of Trading and Sales Operations at Seven West Media I led the integration of metro, regional, and digital sales teams and oversaw project governance for "Phoenix," a cutting-edge platform enabling audience-based trading. Earlier, as Group General Manager, Sales & Marketing at Prime Media Group I led the achievement of market-leading revenue and share targets. Also, as an advisor at Boomtown, I helped launch and grow this regional media collective, promoting the value of advertising in regional markets.
• I have led national trading, digital platform development, and integrated sales operations across national, metro and regional markets on both sides of the Tasman. My career reflects a strong record of commercial performance, technology transformation, growth through innovation and partnership-building.
