• I am a Non-Executive Director, with over 16 years’ experience as a Finance and Risk Committee Member & Chair, Property Committee Chair and Governance and Remuneration Committee Member with experience across the healthcare, early education and care, sport, technology and consumer business industries. • At board level I drive organisational growth and transformation by providing clear strategic direction and cultivating a collaborative, supportive work environment with a particular focus and expertise in organisational strategy, governance, finance and risk, including cyber risk. I am currently a non-Executive Director on the board of SDN Children's Services and Good 360 Australia and was previously a non-Executive Director on the board of Equestrian Australia Limited and the Smile Foundation. • In an executive capacity, I drive culture change across large teams to foster strong market growth. I have extensive experience supporting clients in M&A, IPO readiness, capital raising and finance function transformation. I am a highly collaborative inspirational leader who is known for mentoring and empowering her teams. • I have over 30 years experience providing services to clients in the UK, Australia and Papua New Guinea, including 20 years’ as a registered auditor in Australia and Papua New Guinea serving Boards of listed, multi-national and private businesses across a diverse range of industries, including Healthcare, Aged-care, Consumer Business (including Retail, Manufacturing and Wholesale and Distribution), Technology, Real Estate, Financial Services, Education and Tourism. I have held extensive senior leadership roles across Deloitte. My most recent role was as Managing Partner for Deloitte in Western Sydney where I drove above firm average revenue growth and team engagement through a sector-based market strategy, strong account management, and national collaboration. I spearheaded key people initiatives, including a senior female executive sponsorship program and was responsible for the post-COVID Parramatta office relocation. Other successful leadership roles included the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Private, Managing Partner for Deloitte Papua New Guinea, and the leader of the firm's national senior living group, which focused on the aged care and retirement village sectors. • I am a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Company Auditor, hold a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course. I am also a regional leader for Mentor Walks, an organisation which leads regular walks where executive females mentor local professional females and have been a mentor with the Minerva Network.
