Mark White

Non-Executive Director

Mark is an experienced director having served on the Capral Limited (ASX: CAA) board (revenue $680m) as a non-executive director since 2021 and was appointed Chairman of the Capral board in May 2024. He has also been a Board Director on the Tomago aluminium smelter joint venture board (combined revenue $2.2b, 1,000 employees) and an Executive Director on the Gove Aluminium Finance Limited board (revenue $800m) for more than 12 years from 2011 to June 2024. Mark is a proven P&L leader and has deep operational experience in complex and high risk operating environments in the manufacturing, industrial, resources and metals sectors with significant exposure to the Australian energy market and policy. Through the Tomago joint venture Mark has also gained substantial experience in complicated joint ventures and shareholder management. He has also gained international experience in China, Japan, SE Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA. Mark is a graduate of the Institute of Directors and is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales. Mark has recently joined the Kilfinan group of mentors to mentor a non for profit CEO.
