I am a Board Member, Director and CEO with over a decade of board-level experience, with significant commercial, governance, strategic planning, sales & marketing, manufacturing expertise across the medical devices and diagnostics industries. Most recently, I was the CEO and Director of Maverick where I optimised and managed diverse business models (direct sales, distribution channels, and hybrid approaches) across various cultures and company sizes (generating revenues from $10 million to $350 million) throughout the Asia-Pacific region. I specialise in leading turnarounds, strategic re-directions, and achieving exceptional results in competitive environments. Whilst I lean towards strategy, marketing and governance topics I utilise my commercial acumen and commercial excellence experience to drive strategy and growth.
