Expertise in technology governance, securing investment, and ensuring robust governance frameworks to enable organizations to adapt, scale, and maintain a competitive edge. ● I achieve this through expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and operations, with a proven track record of achieving consistent year-on-year growth. Currently, at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I lead the Software Marketplace in ANZ where I have consistently exceeded targets, including achieving 133% revenue growth and expanding the AWS Marketplace across APJ. Previously, as General Manager at Compass Education Australia, I scaled the business nationally to $20M in revenue. Prior to that, I served as President of Asia Pacific (COO) at Digital Turbine, driving the integration of acquired businesses and delivering positive EBITDA for the APAC region ahead of expectations. I also co-founded and scaled MIA to $12M in revenue before its acquisition by Digital Turbine.
