I am a Principal Adviser, and Investor Relations leader with board level experience and over 20 years of experience across the finance, private wealth, and asset management industries. At board level I deliver strategic financial planning, investment management, and marketing strategies that drive long-term growth and development. I do that by leveraging my extensive experience in financial planning, investor relations, and team leadership, supported by advanced qualifications in finance, compliance, and business administration. I am also an ASIC-appointed Responsible Manager, I have developed and implemented compliance policies that ensure best practices and regulatory adherence. My career spans senior roles at Macquarie, NAB Private, and Woodbury Financial Services, as well as running my own financial planning practice. My most recent role is Investor Relations and Operational Leader at Dorado Property. Here, I lead a high-performing team, attracting top talent from institutions like Macquarie, KPMG, NAB, and JLL, and implement strategic growth initiatives using tools such as DiSC and Enneagram assessments. Previously, as Senior Private Client Manager at NAB Private, I built strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Earlier, I held senior advisory roles at Clime Asset Management, Mercer Financial Advice, and Macquarie Bank where I drove compliance excellence, provided tailored financial planning solutions, and enhanced client satisfaction. I also regularly present and report to boards of directors, drawing on my strategic insights and expertise gained through an MBA with specialisations in consumer behaviour, marketing psychology, and entrepreneurship. Finally, I am currently pursuing an MBA at Kaplan Business School with specialisations in consumer behaviour, marketing psychology, and entrepreneurship. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, an SMSF Specialist Accreditation, FASEA compliance, and advanced financial planning and business insurance qualifications. I have also built a strong network of connections, including Private Wealth Network (PWN) and Tattersalls Club Sydney.
