• Board-Level Experience: Mike has over three decades of board-level experience in four countries in marketing, higher education, aviation services, IT, consulting services, hospitality, SMEs, business development, artificial intelligence and agriculture industries and sectors. • Transformative Leadership: At the board level, he drives transformative change. He fosters personal growth through coaching, mentoring, and developing a marketing mindset. • Executive Roles: In executive roles, he has held positions in IT, consulting services, and aviation industries, including Marketing Director for subsidiaries of Qantas and British Airways. • Current Ventures: Currently, he provides marketing-oriented consultancy and coaching services to SMEs, have launched an online venture, and deliver AI presentations to senior executives. He continues to teach in the Higher Education System (HES) and mentors recent graduates at the early stages of their careers. A well-rounded set of experiences in the international and local business environment, over more than 30 years equips him well as a Non-Executive Director (NED).
