I am an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director adept at leading and working on boards that are looking to deliver growth. My depth of experience in strategy development and capability building is underpinned by my approach to designing alternative business models and innovation strategies. With over 25 years’ experience as an NED, in a broad portfolio of sectors and organisational types, I have highly transferable skills. I am able to tackle complex challenges and exploit market opportunities that strengthen competitive advantage and shape industry dynamics. My diverse experience, including as a senior executive and strategy consultant, has benefited many organisations due to my skill in framing challenges and opportunities in a way that enables boards and executive leaders to work collaboratively. As a coach and mentor of CEOs I able to empower and challenge executive teams to look beyond the obvious and embrace new ways of thinking, whilst holding themselves accountable to their key stakeholders.
