• I am a Non-Executive Director with over three decades of expertise. My executive background lies in the disability sector, specialising in delivering rehabilitation services for individuals who are blind or have low vision. As a registered psychologist, I have worked in mental health promotion and early intervention child protection.
• My approach integrates strategic vision with operational acumen, consistently yielding results and driving performance through adept change management. I excel in cultivating robust relationships with stakeholders to realize shared objectives. Notable board-level positions include serving as a Non-Executive Director at Life Without Barriers, Guide Dogs Australia, and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, among others.
• I am the Director of Leading Vision, a consultancy firm specialising in leadership coaching and strategy. Throughout my executive tenure, I have led service delivery teams and spearheaded transformative initiatives on a national scale. My track record demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction, employee engagement, and fiscal responsibility. Notably, I oversaw a $40 million budget and over 350 full-time employees as the General Manager of Client Services and Advocacy & Engagement at Vision Australia.
• My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Educational Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Furthermore, I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and a Registered Psychologist with the Allied Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. I bring personal insight as someone with lived experience of congenital blindness.
