I am a Chair, Board Member, CEO and COO with over 20 years of level experience with particular experience in the healthcare industry. At board level, highlights include: Member - Branch Council WA of Australian College of Health Service Managers, Non-Executive Director of St. John of God Foundation, Deputy Chair & Chair of Finance of Ballarat Clarendon College and Non-Executive Director of Dencross, Centacare (Diocese of Ballarat) and the Committee for Ballarat. In an executive capacity, I have most recently been Chief Executive at Royal Freemasons Limited. Prior to that, I was Managing Director at Interregnum Health, providing advisory services to the health & community services sector with key partnerships with Accenture, Zenitas HealthCare, KordaMentha, Healthscope and Glen Eira City Council. At St John of God Health Care, I was the business lead for the transformation of the IT Operating model and development of a Digital Strategy. I also managed stakeholders in the delivery of a $200M redevelopment project and at Murdoch Hospital. Prior to that, I was Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Health, where I returned healthcare entities within the portfolio to full financial health, securing $5-10M new funding for obstetric services and increasing aged care funding of 20%. Finally, I have a Bachelor's and Master of Business Administration, and I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
