BOARD PROFILE
• I am a Strategic Advisor, Committee Member and Researcher with over 20
years of experience spanning multiple asset classes, and specialise in
finding ways to optimise value creation across institutional multi-sector
property portfolios and major infrastructure projects integrating best
practices and innovative solutions.
• At the board level, I support growth opportunities aligned with strategic
objectives. I do that by bringing specialist expertise in major project
leadership, governance, strategy development and execution, and
stakeholder, risk and commercial/financial management exceeding a value
of $2.5bn.
• In an executive capacity, I have a proven track record of success in strategy
development and implementation on major infrastructure and mixed-use
urban development projects, and strategic growth initiatives. I have led
various major multibillion-dollar high-profile infrastructure, real estate
development, and urban mixed-use projects. I managed large multidisciplinary teams (+75), with whom I have resolved complex challenges
related to land use, transport, social, environmental, regulatory and
commercial considerations. I advanced organisational strategic objectives by
securing a multimillion-dollar client engagement, and developed
restructuring and business growth strategies for major projects that
significantly increased revenue (>100%).
• Finally, I hold a PhD in architectural design and urban development, and
degrees in human geography (specialising in social impact assessment),
legal studies (majoring in commercial law) and property economics. I am a
Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
I am also a Sponsor, Champion and Mentor to future industry leaders.
