I am an experienced non- executive director with more than 20 years of board experience across Healthcare, investment management and education. I served 10 years on the Board of Melbourne Business School including 5 years as chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. I have more than 15 years of experience as a director in a listed environment as longstanding CEO of ASX-listed biopharma company Starpharma. Since 2018 I have also served as an independent non executive Director of ASX listed Mirrabooka Investments (ASX:MIR), part of the AFIC group, Australia’s largest listed investment company. At Mirrabooka I am a member of both the Audit and Risk and Investment committees. I also served on the Investment Committee of the MH Carnegie innovation fund for more than 10 years and have served as both member and Chair of the Invest Victoria Advisory Board.
