● I am a Director, Corporate Counsel, Company Secretary, Legal and Financial Officer with over 20 years board level experience in publicly listed, private and small business environments, particularly in the Legal and Technology industries.
● At board level, I drive growth and value. I do that by guiding or advising any organisation in the areas of strategy, policy, compliance, business performance and people management. I also have an in-depth understanding of business technology, including AI and blockchain.
● In an executive capacity, I am a business enhancer and problem solver. I have built and managed profit and cost centres. I bring a growing toolbox of essential business tools, including extensive financial skills. These tools have been constructed by years of developing and honing skills and expertise gained by experience (and study) when performing critical business functions.
● Finally,
I am a Chartered Tax Adviser and eligible to be registered as a Tax Agent;
I have a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA), with emphasis on accounting, finance, strategy, marketing and mergers and acquisitions.
I have a Bachelor of Laws (1st Class Hons);
I have a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice;
I have an Electrical Engineering degree;
I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course; and
I have experience and academic achievement in strategy formulation and marketing. I have also spent years studying successful entrepreneurs and understand the importance of these skills for sustainable success.
