● I am a Board Director, Council Chair, and Director with over two decades of board-level experience, with particular experience in the IT & telecommunications, AI, faith-based, and not-for-profit industries/sectors. ● At board level, what I do is drive proactive governance and risk management. I do that by implementation of modern architecture, responsible and pragmatic governance, and proactive risk management. Also, through bringing people together to leverage new technology and create lasting value for stakeholders. ● Board-level highlights include: established and chaired executive data and AI councils at Telstra that reported up to the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee; on the board at Roseville Uniting Church - as Council Chair or Secretary; a Director at ASX listed software startup Open Telecommunications (ASX:OTT). ● In an executive capacity, I am a senior leader with broad experience in data, artificial intelligence (AI), and software. Trusted senior manager and advisor to C suite teams and Boards. I am a Principal and Founder of M42 Systems. I am a collaborative leader who brings people together to leverage new technology and create lasting value for stakeholders. ● Finally, I have a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Hons) in electrical, another Bachelor of Science in Physics / Mathematics, and a Diploma of the Company Directors Course from the AICD.
