● I am a Non-Executive, CEO, and Director with over two decades of board level experience across publicly listed and private sectors within the mining, metals, technology, financial services and engineering sectors. ● At board level, what I do is drive the growth of companies. I do that by leveraging a verifiable track record of translating business and commercial knowledge, understanding of human behaviour and of operational and market needs, and extensive professional network to develop business strategies and advisory that unlocks new venture opportunities and results in operational efficiency, business growth, and desired organisational outcomes. For example as a NED for Power Minerals Ltd (ASX), I guided the development strategies for Australian and Argentine projects, led a due diligence into the potential acquisition of a project in Queensland, and strategically navigated the challenges posed by the onset of COVID-19. Serving as NED and Operations Committee Member for Meridian Mining SE (TSX-V) with projects and operations in Brazil, I played a key role in steering a demanding business and strategic restructure. ● In an executive capacity, I excel in facilitating innovative techno-commercial outcomes by challenging assumed engineering and commercial constraints, innovative approach to solving problems, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineering, technology and commercial teams, amid complex technical environments and demanding investor and social expectations. I have initiated successful business ventures, catalysed exponential growth for companies, and transformed marginal resource projects into valuable assets. I am also a Tech-Savvy Business Strategist and Entrepreneur with leadership roles within multiple industries across the globe – New Zealand, France, UK, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, China, Africa, USA, Canada and South America with a thorough understanding of, and love of, technologies and industry dynamics as a whole. ● Finally, I am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course, Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, have an MBA and a B.Eng (Industrial).
