An experienced Chairman, Director or Committee member in the ICT, clean energy, circular economy, research and venture finance sectors, with expertise in strategy, investment, ESG and innovation programs. AICD qualified, my Board experience includes: ● ESG technologies. I Chair the Australian Information Industry Association's ESG Advisory Network and have deep access into the ESG ecosystem, as a funder at the national commercialisation agency Accelerating Commercialisation and from running the Australian Technologies Competition (previously the Australian Cleantech Awards) ● Innovation programs. Have worked with corporate innovation teams and run highly rated international business masterclasses for scaleups and Partner Connect programs putting corporates together with high potential SMEs ● Strategy development. Adviser to more than 900 emerging technology companies, was APAC head of strategy consulting at BIS Shrapnel, a strategy consultant at Invetech and lecturer in strategy and entrepreneurship at the Australian Graduate School of Management ● Financial literacy. Consulting, financial analysis and modelling and investment experience with a range of companies from startups to major corporations. Have co-authored two books on angel finance and venture capital ● Senior level connections in the APAC innovation ecosystem, including corporates, SMEs, investors, accelerators, government and research institutions and experience in stakeholder management, built via the Competition, consulting businesses and market entry programs into India and SE Asia I am both qualified and interested to work with Boards that are proactive on transition challenges and opportunities, including AI, ESG and accelerating innovation.
