Cathy is an experienced CEO and Non-Executive Director with a rich history of working in the social services sector and in State Government Departments. With over 30 years of experience in Executive and Board roles, Cathy is passionate about supporting organisations to create sustainable impact, through innovative outcomes focused services. Cathy has been working at Sacred Heart Mission in St Kilda since 2002, appointed as CEO in 2011, and retired in December 2022. Since then, she has continued to undertake Non-Executive Director roles, as well as providing consultancy support to not-for-profit Boards.
