● I am a Chairman, Non-Executive, Managing Director and Finance and Governance expert with over two decades of experience on private and public boards. At board level, what I do is guide an organisations success. I do that by leveraging experience gained from leading peak industry and not-for-profit organisations and my management consulting experience across a myriad of companies in dozens of industries skills include risk, private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, capital raising, technologies, crypto, product commercialisation, sales, marketing and HNWI’s / Family Offices as well as my extensive network of connections. ● In an executive capacity, I am currently a Managing Director at Resolve Finance Nedlands, at Oceania Investment Group, and West End Charters, also an Executive Vice President & Equity Partner at HPV Global / HPV Pacific. I can evidence extensive experience sourcing capital to support the activities along with and overseeing the investments/strategy, including the real estate, fixed income, equity securities, and alternative asset portfolios, for an Australian and international Family Office where I also held the role of CEO at Global Gold Mining and Sales. Earlier I was a Managing Director at ANZ Bank Mortgage Solutions Franchise which I sold back to ANZ and have received over 20 lending awards. I was also the Managing Director at Australasian Management Consulting. ● Finally, I have a MBA International, Master of Management Research, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Services and have graduated the AICD’s Company Directors Course. I am also a MFAA Certified Mentor™, a Fellow of AICD, FINSIA, IMC, MFAA, and AIM.
