• I am Non-Executive, Chair and Director with 15 years of experience on boards over 25 years as strategic advisor and management consultant working in Australia and the UK with top tier consulting firms including Deloitte, KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. • At board level, I drive performance and help navigate complex change. I do that through risk identification and mitigation strategies, establishing resilient partnerships, stakeholder and consumer engagement - particularly with government and Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander communities, environment, social and governance speciality, innovation and designing workforce models. • In an executive capacity, I am currently the Founder & Managing Director of boutique strategy and consulting firm Spring Green Consulting. I have been engaged as strategic advisor in major reform programs such as sale of electricity assets in NSW, transitioning to full scheme for NDIS and separation of policy and service delivery areas of health service in the ACT. 20 years’ experience working in Australia and the UK with top tier consulting firms including Deloitte, KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. • Finally, I have a Bachelor of Arts - History (Honours), a Certificate of Management (Strategy and Culture), and am a Fellow of, and have Graduated the AICD’s Company Director Course.
