I am a Chair, Board Advisor, Board Director, CEO, and an agribusiness executive with over 20 years of board-level experience. I have over 30 years of global leadership in research, extension, business strategy, innovation, and operations across large, diverse, cross-cultural organisations. At the board level, I drive corporate governance and deliver shareholder value. I do that by executing strategies for growth and collaborating with businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, and governmental organisations. I focus on growing operations, creating and implementing strategies, raising capital, and facilitating market access. In addition to various board positions, I have also held over 30 board-level advisory roles. My Executive experience with Bayer CropScience covered nine positions across six different functions during my 26-year career, with various senior positions in Australia, Germany, Vietnam, China, and Singapore. I hold various tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science and Business Management. I have completed senior executive leadership, finance, sustainability and marketing excellence programs. I am a GAICD alumni.
