● I am a Non-Executive, Executive Director and strategic and operational leader with almost a decade of board level experience across the Not for Profit and commercial sectors with particular expertise gained by working with an IT/Infrastructure services provider operating across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. ● At board level what I do is grow businesses. I do that utilising experience leading businesses into emerging markets both domestically and globally, seamlessly integrating acquired companies, processes, and systems. ● Board level highlights include: Non Executive Director of Kids Giving Back, Canterbury Child Care Centre and for West Corporation entities across Asia Pacific including Australia and New Zealand, providing local guidance and local leadership for a North American headquartered organisation. ● In an executive capacity I was until currently Executive Director of West Corporation, NSW. In this and earlier roles I developed and delivered strategies and business growth plans, as a member of the senior executive team I focused on driving both operational and customer growth while supporting the development, continuous improvement and maturity of processes. I also championed compliance with global licences, legislation and regulations while applying solid change and risk management capabilities to anticipate and build contingency plans. Here I also led the scaling and operational excellence of businesses, with responsibility for managing IT/infrastructure services while overseeing all aspects of Service Delivery, Service Assurance and Service Management functions. ● Finally, I have a Bachelor of Engineering and am a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
