I'm a NED and senior executive with 25+ years’ global experience within complex publicly-listed and private enterprises across international markets and diverse industries such as mining, transport, manufacturing, infrastructure, building materials and engineering & environmental consulting. Most recently, I have been a Chief People and Culture Officer for an ASX-100 business, leading organisational transformation as well as the the People, HSE and Corporate Affairs functions. I have experience as a Non-Executive Director, Committee Chair, Treasurer and Advisory Board member, and my global experience includes periods living in both North America and Asia. I have had significant experience in acquisition, divestment and integration of both large and small scale businesses. I’m trusted for my ability to navigate complex issues and my strategic thinking, particularly around setting and operationalising business vision at scale. In both my Board and executive roles, I focus on seeing around corners; creating forward momentum through ambiguity and complexity; building the leadership capability to drive growth and change; and ensuring a foundation of operational discipline and risk management to enable future success.
