● I am a Company Secretary, Treasurer and finance and accounting professional with board level experience gained across the financial services, healthcare, entertainment, professional services, QSR and manufacturing Industries. ● At board level I drive financial performance. I do that leveraging decades of business analysis expertise to review financial and non-financial drivers that support value added solutions to customers. ● In an executive capacity I am currently Financial Controller at Daiwa Australia and a key member of the management team and responsible for all financial facets, support and management of the company and work to provide timely and accurate financial information for decision making. Here and in other roles I can demonstrate a strong track record in initiating process and system improvements to increase efficiencies and ensure high-quality data and business/accounting controls. ● Finally, I have completed a bachelor degree in Business administration with a major in Finance as well as a Master degree in Professional Accounting. I am also a fully qualified accountant holding a membership with CPA Australia and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
