○ I am a Chair, Managing Director and Principal Consultant with board level expertise and almost 30 years of experience in the technology, finance, and business strategy sectors. ○ At board level, I drive visionary transformations. I do this through a holistic approach that marries strategic planning with hands-on execution, culminating in informed decisions and sustainable growth. By combining strategic insight with practical implementation, I enable organisations to adapt, innovate, and thrive. The spectrum of these activities has ranged from the senior/executive to the front-line requirements – encompassing people-related, process-related and system-related activities. Board level highlights include Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Papdi & Company Pty Ltd, and Chairman at Hungarian (Magyar) Social Club Ltd. ○ In an executive capacity, my current role as Managing Director is assisting businesses to develop and improve – by identifying the issues, assessing the state of each and enhancing these to suit requirements or developing and implementing processes and systems to cater for needs, providing the basis to drive optimum results. Previously, my tenure as Group Financial Accountant saw analysing the business performance and reporting results into the joint venture partners. Earlier in my career, as Head Office Accountant, in addition to the traditional financial analysis, key achievements included standardising business processes, business process re-engineering and financial modelling of the organisation. ○ Finally, I have Completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course, have a Master of Commerce specialising in Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business.
