● I am a Chair, Board and Advisory Board Member, CEO, Intrapreneur and Director with over a decade of board-level experience working with renowned multinationals such as: JR SIMPLOT, MARS, FONTERRA, YUM BRANDS, MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL and SMEs and Start-ups in global markets across Asia, Australia, NZ, and the USA. ● At board level, what I do is help organisations to be more profitable and meet their business contractual, governance and ESG obligations. I do that by leveraging my extensive expertise to provide oversight, foresight, and valuable insights that accelerate the execution and commercialisation of innovations in various markets across ANZ and Asia Pacific and by using my negotiation experience to deliver winning outcomes in various business and sector situations such as deals, partnerships and conflicts. ● Board-level highlights include board/advisory board roles with AgriGate, G100, CSIRO and various Victorian Government boards.
