I am an expert on customer led growth. I have over 30 years experience using customer led, data driven strategy to drive growth for a huge range of brands and transformed the growth of 3 of my own companies at an exec (MD) level. Having now successfully built my own consultancy company MOT, I would like to both apply my experience and hopefully give something back by exploring board positions as part of my growing portfolio career. My relevant experience points in 2 directions:- Experienced MD level executive – I trebled the size (profit & revenue) of OMD through key skills of Organisational & Cultural Change, Data Digital & Content Transformation, Business Development, Business Strategy, P&L Leadership and Governance. Marketing & Communications Professional – I have helped a diverse range of brands grow both globally & in Australia through my core professional skills including Strategy, Consumer Insights, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Media Effectiveness. My skills in this domain remain leading edge through the work I do in my own consultancy. I remain close to best practice in customer focussed growth. I am keen to apply these diverse skills in board & advisor positions.
