I am a Non-Executive, Chair, Audit and Committee Member, Councillor and Mayor and a communication, engagement and change professional with almost a decade of board level experience. I drive organisational efficiency and governance improvements. I do this leveraging my proven skills in guiding good governance, strategic direction, planning, and oversight, and my critical and analytical mindset in evaluating information objectively and identifying gaps or inconsistencies, thinking creatively, and coming up with new ideas and seeing them through to implementation. Board-level highlights Councillor and Mayor at Wyndham City Council where I currently serve as Chair of the Economic Development Portfolio and on the CEO Remuneration & Performance Sub-Committee. I am also Non-Executive Director of Werribee Football Club and Member of the Audit & Risk Committee and a Werribee Racing Club Committee Member. I have held senior roles at National Australia Bank, ANZ, Mercer, Health Super, State Revenue Office, La Trobe University, RMIT, and Bendigo Kangan TAFE, as well as my current role as Strategic Business Consultant at JOST & Co, where I advise and work with clients on people and culture issues, team dynamics and effectiveness, organisational change management, communication, and leading projects and people. Finally, I have also Graduated the AICD’s Company Directors Course and hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a postgraduate in public relations. I am also a qualified and practicing Leadership & Executive Coach.
